Customer Accounts
Creating an account is optional but recommended. Accounts help customers track orders, save addresses, and manage order history.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security and accuracy of their account information.
Products & Pricing
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Colours may appear differently across screens and slight variations may occur during printing.
PIXBY reserves the right to correct errors, update information, and cancel orders affected by pricing or technical mistakes.
Orders & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by PIXBY due to fraud concerns, pricing errors, unavailable materials, technical issues, or shipping limitations.
Customers may request cancellation before production or printing has started. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom Orders
Custom products are created according to customer-provided instructions, images, and specifications.
Approval of a design or proof constitutes acceptance of the final production specifications.
Customers are responsible for supplying high-quality files. PIXBY is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution, blurry, or otherwise unsuitable source images.
Intellectual Property
The PIXBY name, branding, website content, product photography, graphics, layouts, and written content are owned by PIXBY unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
ThirdāParty Intellectual Property
Some products may feature content inspired by films, anime, games, books, music, and other media.
All trademarks, characters, copyrights, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. PIXBY does not claim ownership of thirdāparty intellectual property.
AIāAssisted Design & Production
PIXBY may use manual editing, design software, artificial intelligence tools, image enhancement technologies, restoration methods, and upscaling techniques as part of the production process.
Reviews & Photos
Customers may voluntarily submit reviews and photographs.
By submitting content, you grant PIXBY permission to display, share, feature, and use that content on the website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
PIXBY reserves the right to moderate or remove submitted content.
Marketing Communications
Customers may voluntarily subscribe to email updates, promotional offers, WhatsApp notifications, product announcements, and special campaigns.
Customers may unsubscribe at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIXBY shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, business losses, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or similar claims.
PIXBY's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
